What is Modern Villages?

A Modern Village is a clustered human settlement or community, larger than a hamlet but smaller than a town, with a population ranging from a few hundred to a few thousand. Though villages are often located in rural areas, the term Modern Village  is coined to demonstrated and present an alternative to the existing cluttered living in the cities.

Why Modern Villages?

Modern Villages is the need of the hour as the population is shifting from these rural communities in search of livelihood and basic facilities while the urban is absorbing all the resources to fulfill its demand thereby leaving a huge vacuum for the rural, if left like this over a period of time the rural will be completely ignored and development and growth will be completely unbalanced creating a huge social parity between the rural and urban. This will create a man made catastrophe for both the Urban & the Rural.

How we make Modern Villages?

PIPL with its proprietary programs and platform create avenues for the urban population to move to the rural villages that is connected with the Nextgencities program these programs are designed to function on a taluka level and the modern villages become a integrated participant to these Nextgencities providing infrastructure amenities and facilities back up for the modern villages.

Impact of Modern Villages

Traffic back to the rural means a huge economy churner. The move from the urban to the rural will enable the person shifting to have a lesser cost of living and lesser entry cost for owning assets. This also impact or benefit the rural population as to the outlook or the perspective the urban population bring to the communities. Reduces the parity of the rural & the urban thereby generating more interest of the government on these modern villages.
